These Terms and Conditions apply when you access our website and/or order goods from our website or in person. It is important that you read the information carefully. By placing and order with us you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
We make every effort to ensure all products and prices are described accurately. We reserve the right to cancel your order and offer you the product again at the correct price if an error had been made or due to material cost fluctuations for bespoke orders.
Online orders and stock items
Payments
Payments on all jewellery orders must be paid in full before delivery of products. Products will remain possession of Iona Hamilton Jewellery until full payment has been made.
Delivery
We aim to deliver your purchased item(s) within 3-4 working days. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. In the case of any unforeseen delays in your delivery you will be contacted as soon as possible.
Cancelations
We accept cancelations of online orders and stock items at any time after purchase.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your item please get in touch to let us know before returning. We accept returns in person and also via Royal Mail Special Delivery. All returns are delivered to Iona Hamilton Jewellery, Strathaven Rural Centre, Hamilton House, Strathaven, ML10 6YS. Returns must be made within 10 working days. Items will be refunded after the return of the item. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on earrings or items with personalised engraving. All items returned must be in new un-worn condition and in original packaging to return. Iona Hamilton Jewellery does not cover the cost of returning items or take responsibility for any items which may be lost or damaged during the transit of the items being returned.
Bespoke Orders
All inital design appointments are complimentary. Hand drawn designs are free with are no obligation to go ahead. At times, Computer Aided Design drawings are needed for the completion of your design which require a small non-refundable deposit. However you will be made aware if this is needed during your initial consultation.
All bespoke items require a 40% non-refundable deposit before your bespoke item has began manufacture. The remaining costs must be paid before collection of the item. Any changes made to the design after manufacture has began may incur an additional charge.
Bespoke Returns
Iona Hamilton Jewellery cannot accept returns of bespoke made items.
Ownership
Logo, designs, images and any other material found on this website are owned by Iona Hamilton Jewellery. You must not copy, publish or modify any of the content of this website. Iona Hamilton Jewellery has the right to copy, reproduce, modify and publish our designs for any purposes.
Warranty
Iona Hamilton Jewellery offers a 12 month guarantee on all bespoke designs and also repairs. Warranty does not cover for accidental damage or wear and tear.
Item Collections From Showroom
All bespoke designs and repairs must be paid in full before collection. A collection appointment is require before collection.
